Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities, towns, and rural areas within South Africa.
If your address is considered remote by our courier partners, delivery may take longer.
We offer collection of orders in Cape Town.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after order is complete.
  • Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is R110
  • All fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Courier Partners

We use trusted South African courier services such as The Courier Guy, Aramex.

A tracking link will be sent via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a tracking number.
  • You can track your delivery in real time via the courier’s website.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us.

7. Delivery Issues

If a delivery attempt is made and you are unavailable:

  • The courier may reschedule the delivery.
  • Additional fees may apply for multiple failed delivery attempts.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays
  • Lost parcels
  • Additional courier costs
    caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and products.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at grace@gracelondon.co.za
    We will assist with replacement or claim procedures.
